With over 10 years of medical training and practice, I’ve witnessed firsthand the importance of prevention in healthcare. Along my journey, I discovered the transformative power of lifestyle medicine and began integrating its principles into my own life. This experience ignited a deep passion for helping others achieve optimal health and avoid preventable visits to the Emergency Room.
I am a proud member of Plant-Based Health Professionals UK and am pursuing certification in Lifestyle Medicine through their comprehensive program. My focus is on empowering individuals to transform their lives through evidence-based strategies in nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and sleep improvement.
My mission is to help patients prevent and reverse chronic diseases, reduce their reliance on medications whenever possible, and become the best versions of themselves. Through personalized care and actionable plans, I strive to guide each patient toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
